Sink, drainer and work surface, with washing machine, tumble drier, and cupboard beneath. Space to store outdoor clothing, and a payphone.

Wash basin, toilet and broom/store cupboard.

All en-suites have razor points, radiator, shelving and ample towel rails and rings.

A fully sprung sofa bed is provided in the lounge for two additional guests. The barn water supply is superb natural water from our own spring.

All linen, towels, electricity and heating provided.
