Your holiday may be booked by telephone, letter or e-mail. This will be reserved for one week awaiting a deposit of £100 to secure the booking.

Rates shown are in pounds sterling for 1 week, Saturday to Saturday (rates per night for short breaks are shown in parentheses [minimum 3 nights]).

DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS:

A deposit of £100 is required to make your booking. The final balance is to be paid six weeks before your arrival for the holiday. All payments will be acknowledged and directions will be sent on receipt of the final balance.

PAYING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK:

Cash; a cheque drawn on a London bank; in travellers cheques, made payable in sterling to B. Peacock and sent to Higher Ingersley Farm, Oakenbank Lane, Bollington, Macclesfield, SK10 5RP; or electronic bank transfer.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:

Arrival and departure days for weekly holidays are usually Saturday. The Barn will be ready for you to take over at 3pm at the start of your holiday, unless stated otherwise. We will supply you with a local map to ensure that you will find us. Please ring if you anticipate arriving late so that arrangements can be made to welcome you and hand over the keys. Unless by special arrangement, please do not arrive early - time is needed to thoroughly clean the barn between lets.

For the same reason, please note that you should leave the barn by 10am on departure day.

Sorry, but we do not allow pets or smoking.

All linen, towels, electricity and heating provided.
